Mold Inspection

Professional best practice recommends that mold investigations begin with a comprehensive property inspection by a Certified ACAC mold inspector. All of the investigations are conducted by a Nationally Certified ACAC Mold Inspector/Hygienist.

Mold Testing

GPInspect only retains unbiased 3rd party AIHA Accredited laboratories. Of thousands of mold species, just 150 can cause allergies in individuals. Fifty or so kinds of mold can grow inside the human body, and another 50 can cause toxic reactions.

Air Quality Testing

Sensitivity to indoor allergens poses a worldwide health problem to large segments of the population and is relevant from early childhood to adulthood. GPI performs air quality testing, allergen assays, VOC/EMF testing, full-scope water quality panels.

Asbestos Testing

The comprehensive inspection service inspects the entire property for air pollutants and their location. The written report identifies causes, locations and provides correction recommendations for the presence of Asbestos.
