We stand behind our inspections with the American Home Warranty Association that provides an exclusive limited mechanical and structural insurance policy. For Sellers the policy covers 120 days of coverage or until the property is sold. Buyers are covered for 90 days from the time of the inspection, or 21 days after escrow closes, whichever occurs later. Please inform the inspector of your interest in this warranty coverage at the time of the inspection. There is no additional fee for this optional feature.
