FREE 90 Day Limited Structural and Mechanical Home Warranty
We provide our home inspection clients (effective 3/23/10) with a FREE 90 day home warranty through Residential Warranty Services (Effective 10/28/11) or American Home Warranty Association (3/21/10-10/27/11).
This policy provides a limited mechanical and structural insurance policy (with no deductible). The home warranty policy is not intended as a substitute or to supersede the inspection agreement, as a warranty, guarantee, or insurance policy of any kind whatsoever for the real estate inspection and the written report.

Limited Warranty Contract:
90 Day Buyers Limited Warranty
Minimum of 90 days coverage from the date of the inspection. If there is an extended closing in which the closing date falls beyond the 90-day period, the warranty extends to 21days following closing.
