Steve Zivolich has served as the
founder, and volunteer CEO of the non-profit corporation Integrated Resources
Institute (IRI), located in Newport Beach, California. The IRI mission is to
assist persons with significant disabilities to fully integrate into their
community, through employment. Since 1986, IRI has facilitated community
employment for of over 20,000 persons with disabilities throughout the United
States. Steve is a recipient of the Distinguished Service Award, presented by
the California Governor's Committee for the Employment of Persons with
Disabilities.
Inspection Standards of Practice Guaranteed Property
Inspections and Mold Investigation (GPI) follows the standards of practice/code
of ethics for
the California Real Estate Inspection Association and the Indoor Environmental
Standards Organization. GPI conducts a comprehensive property
inspection of over 400 components of each property.
In addition, GPI produces an on-site computerized report that you can understand! GPI encourages you
to participate in the inspection; we want you to be involved in the process.
GPI environmental/mold inspections include state of the art instruments
including: moisture meters, laser particle counters, thermal imaging, and
